摘要
某5 000t/d水泥熟料生产线熟料库库顶存在密封不严、内部扬尘大、环境温度高,斜拉链机廊道两侧和底部封堵不严、漏料冒灰严重等问题.通过采取在斜拉链机落料口加装收尘器,用彩钢瓦及结构胶封堵窑头斜拉链机廊道及熟料库库顶露天部位,在斜拉链机廊道尾端高出地平面处加装锥形集料斗、棒型阀、接料斗等措施进行了改造.改造后,熟料库库顶及斜拉链机扬尘及漏料治理效果良好,熟料库库顶环境温度降低明显,设备故障率大幅降低.
Abstract
The top of the clinker warehouse in a 5 000t/d cement clinker production line has problems such as poor sealing,large internal dust,and high environmental temperature.There are problems with the two sides and bottom of the inclined zipper machine corridor,such as inadequate sealing,serious material leakage and ash emission.The renovation was carried out by installing a dust collector at the discharge port of the inclined zipper machine,sealing the kiln head inclined zipper machine corridor and the outdoor area of the clinker warehouse roof with color steel tiles and structural glue,and installing a conical aggregate hopper,rod valve,and receiving hopper at the end of the inclined zipper machine corridor above the ground level.After the renovation,the dust and leakage control effect of the top of the clinker warehouse and the inclined zipper machine is good,the environmental temperature of the top of the clinker warehouse is significantly reduced,and the equipment failure rate is greatly reduced.
