摘要
通过优选碱含量低的原材料、采用高硅率生料配料、改进熟料煅烧工艺、合理控制水泥粉磨指标,研发生产了水泥碱含量<0.30%、14d线性膨胀率<0.030%,熟料铝酸三钙<4.0%、硅酸率为3.50左右的低碱高硅率中抗硫酸盐水泥,满足了水工混凝土、碱及硫酸盐含量较高地区的地下混凝土结构工程对特种水泥的质量需求.
Abstract
By selecting raw materials with low alkali content,using high silicon content raw materials,improving clinker calcination process,and reasonably controlling cement grinding indicators,a low alkali and high silicon content medium sulfate resistant cement with cement alkali content<0.30%,14d linear expansion rate<0.030%,clinker tricalcium aluminate<4.0%,and SM(silicic acid rate)of about 3.50 has been developed and produced,meeting the quality requirements of special cement for underground concrete structures in areas with high alkali and sulfate content in hydraulic concrete.
