Optimization of Extraction Technology of Total Flavonoids from Schizonepeta tenuifolia by Orthogonal Experiment
This article uses Xinyang Huaibin Schizonepeta tenuifolia as the material and total flavonoid content as the evaluation index.The extraction process conditions,such as crushing particle size,soaking time,ultrasound time,and ultrasound temperature,were optimized through single factor and orthogonal experiments.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were crushing particle size of 80 mesh,soaking time of 10 minutes,ultrasonic time of 15 minutes,and ultrasonic temperature of 50℃.Under these conditions,the average total flavonoid content in Schizonepeta tenuifolia was 77.52 mg·g-1.
