Abstract
This paper mainly introduces the common food safety detection technologies,such as ultrasonic technology and nano detection technology,discusses the influence of food safety detection technology on food quality and safety,and puts forward effective strategies to improve the quality of food safety detection,in order to provide theoretical reference for ensuring food quality and safety.
