食品生产企业落实主体责任的现状、问题及对策研究

随着食品安全问题的日益突出,食品生产企业作为食品安全的第一责任人,其主体责任的落实情况备受关注.当前食品生产企业仍然存在内部管理制度不健全、缺乏社会主体责任意识和社会共治意识、存在违规行为等问题.针对这些问题,本文提出了从顶层设计上保障企业落实主体责任、强化食品安全监管力度、加强企业质量安全管理等对策,并通过案例分析进一步说明企业落实主体责任的具体路径.
Research on the Present Situation,Problems and Countermeasures of the Implementation of Principal Responsibility in Food Production Enterprises
With the increasing prominence of food safety issues,food production enterprises,as the first person responsible for food safety,the implementation of its main responsibility has attracted much attention.Currently,food production enterprises still have problems such as unsound internal management system,lack of awareness of the main responsibility of society and social co-governance,and irregularities.In response to these problems,this paper proposes countermeasures to safeguard the implementation of the main responsibility of enterprises from the top-level design,strengthen the supervision of food safety,strengthen the quality and safety management of enterprises,and further illustrate the specific path of the implementation of the main responsibility of enterprises through case studies.
