Analysis of Food Safety Management Strategies in School Canteens
The health and food safety of school canteens are closely related to the physical health of teachers and students,and society pays special attention to them.Therefore,relevant departments need to strengthen the food safety management of school canteens and build a bridge for students to grow up healthy.This article summarizes the current situation of food safety management in school canteens,analyzes the problems in the process of food safety management in school canteens,and proposes suggestions and countermeasures to strengthen food safety management in school canteens from three perspectives:increasing food safety publicity,improving the school food safety management system,and increasing the importance of food supervision in schools,hoping to provide some work reference and assistance for school cafeteria food safety management personnel.
