摘要

随着人们对食品安全问题的日益关注,绿色食品行业逐渐成为焦点.绿色食品加工与产业化是实现食品安全和可持续发展的重要途径,对于促进人类健康和生态平衡具有深远意义.当前,绿色食品的加工与产业化发展还存在质量管理体系不够健全完善、产业链薄弱、品牌竞争力不足等问题.对此,本文提出了实现绿色食品加工与产业化发展的路径,以促进绿色食品业的高质量发展.

Abstract

As people pay more and more attention to food safety issues,the green food industry has gradually become the focus.Green food processing and industrialization are important ways to achieve food safety and sustainable development,and are of far-reaching significance for promoting human health and ecological balance.At present,the processing and industrialization development of green food still have problems such as the lack of a sound quality management system,a weak industrial chain,and a lack of brand competitiveness.In this regard,this article proposes a path to realize the development of green food processing and industrialization to promote high-quality development of the green food industry.
