摘要
食品质量安全检测中的计量控制至关重要,不仅可以提高食品安全检测的质量,而且可以确保检测方法的科学性,促进食品检测行业的健康发展.本文主要阐述了食品质量安全检测中计量控制的作用,分析了食品质量安全检测中计量控制存在的不足,并提出了食品质量安全检测中计量控制优化策略,以期为食品质量安全检测工作的健康发展提供一定的帮助.
Abstract
Metrological control in food quality and safety testing is crucial.It can not only improve the quality of food safety testing,but also ensure the scientificity of testing methods and promote the healthy development of the food testing industry.This article mainly elaborates on the role of metrological control in food quality and safety testing,analyzes the shortcomings of metrological control in food quality and safety testing,and proposes optimization strategies for metrological control in food quality and safety testing,in order to provide certain assistance for the healthy development of food quality and safety testing work.
