摘要
随着社会发展和人们生活水平的提高,食品安全问题逐渐受到了广泛关注.食品微生物检验在保障食品安全方面扮演着重要角色,可以通过了解食品的污染程度为消费者提供更加安全的食品.在食品微生物检验过程中,为了确保检测结果的准确性,进行质量控制至关重要.基于此,本文分析了当前我国食品微生物检验的主要内容、食品微生物检验质量控制的相关原则,以及质量控制方法,以期更好地提高食品微生物检验的质量.
Abstract
With the development of society and the improvement of people's living standards,food safety issues have gradually received widespread attention.Food microbiological testing plays an important role in ensuring food safety,as can provide consumers with safer food by understanding the level of contamination in the food.In the process of food microbiological testing,quality control is crucial to ensure the accuracy of the test results.Based on this,this article analyzes the main content of food microbiological testing in China,the relevant principles of quality control in food microbiological testing,and quality control methods,in order to better improve the quality of food microbiological testing.
