Influence of Two Digestion Methods on Determination of Lead,Cadmium,Chromium and Nickel in Rice by ICP-MS
Objective:To determine the contents of lead, cadmium, chromium and nickel in rice.Method:Microwave digestion and wet rapid digestion were used to digest the samples, and the digestion effects of the two digestion methods and their effects on the test results were analyzed.Result:The determination values of microwave and wet digestion methods were similar. The detection limits of lead, cadmium, chromium and nickel were 0.02 mg·kg-1,0.002 mg·kg-1,0.004 mg·kg-1 and 0.003 mg·kg-1,respectively.The recovery rate was 96.36%~104.00%,and the relative standard deviation was 4.57%~6.08%.The determination values of lead, cadmium, chromium and nickel in rice were within the standard range, and there was no significant difference between the two methods. Conclusion:Microwave digestion and wet rapid digestion can be used as pretreatment methods for ICP-MS in the determination of lead, cadmium, chromium and nickel in rice.
