建立了QuEChERS-超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法快速测定六堡茶中 15 种农药残留的方法.样品经 1%乙酸水浸泡,再加乙腈提取,加入无水乙酸钠和无水硫酸镁使有机相和水相分层,去除水分,采用PSA、C18、GCB、MgSO4 混合净化管净化后,以超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法定性定量分析.结果表明,15种农药化合物的线性相关系数均大于0.995 9,检出限为0.02~0.20 mg·kg-1,定量限为0.04~0.40 mg·kg-1,在3个加标回收水平下,平均回收率在63.1%~113.0%,相对标准偏差为0.1%~8.6%.该方法检测速度快,操作简单,有较好的灵敏度,适用于六堡茶中农药残留的测定.
Quick Determination of 15 Pesticide Residues in Liupao Tea by QuEChERS UltraHigh Performance Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry
A method was developed for the rapid determination of 15 pesticide residues in Liupao tea by QuEChERS-ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS).The samples were soaked in 1%acetic acid water,then extracted with acetonitrile,and anhydrous sodium acetate and anhydrous magnesium sulfate were added to make the organic and aqueous phases stratified,and the water was removed,and the samples were purified by a mixture of purification tubes of PSA,C18,GCB,and MgSO4,and then analyzed by UPLC-MS/MS.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of the 15 pesticide compounds were more than 0.995 9,the limits of detection were in the range of 0.02~0.20 mg·kg-1,the limits of quantification were in the range of 0.04~0.40 mg·kg-1,and the average recoveries were in the range of 63.1%~113.0%at three spiked recoveries levels with the relative standard deviations of 0.1%~8.6%.The method is fast,simple and has good sensitivity,and is suitable for the determination of pesticide residues in Liupao tea.
