Validation of Method for Determination of 4-Hexylresorcinol Residues in Food by High Performance Liquid Chromatography
Objective:To verify whether the laboratory of Shenyang Institute for Food and Drug Control has the ability to carry out the GB 5009.280-2020 project.Method:High performance liquid chromatography was used for separation,fluorescence detector was used for detection and analysis,qualitative analysis was carried out according to the retention time,and external standard method was used for accurate quantification.At the same time,the linear range,detection limit,quantitative limit,precision and recovery rate of the standard curve of the method were verified.Result:When the concentration of 4-hexylresorcinol is in the range of 0.02~2.00 mg·L-1,the linear relationship is good.The detection limit,quantitative limit,precision and recovery rate of the method can meet the requirements of national standard method.Conclusion:The laboratory of Shenyang Food and Drug Inspection Institute has the ability to determine the residual amount of 4-hexylresorcinol in food.
