摘要

本文建立了测定杜阮凉瓜中20种元素含量的电感耦合等离子体质谱法.样品经过微波消解后上机测定,检测方法检出限、回收率和相对标准偏差.结果表明,各元素线性关系良好,相关系数均≥0.998 0,检出限在 0.001 8~2.154 0 μg·L-1,回收率在 95.6%~106.3%,相对标准偏差在 0.55%~2.50%.该方法简便快捷、灵敏精确,适用于杜阮凉瓜中 20种元素的测定.

Abstract

This article establishes an inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry method for determining the content of 20 elements in Duruan balsam pear.The sample was subjected to microwave digestion and then subjected to machine testing.The detection limit,recovery rate,and relative standard deviation of the detection method were determined.The results show that each element has good linear relationships,with correlation coefficients≥0.998 0 and detection limits ranging from 0.001 8 μg·L-1 to 2.154 0 μg·L-1,recovery rate between 95.6%and 106.3%,relative standard deviation between 0.55%and 2.50%.This method is simple,fast,sensitive,and accurate,and is suitable for the determination of 20 elements in Duruan balsam pear.
