Determination of 20 Elements in Duruan Balsam Pear by Microwave Digestion Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry
This article establishes an inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry method for determining the content of 20 elements in Duruan balsam pear. The sample was subjected to microwave digestion and then subjected to machine testing. The detection limit, recovery rate, and relative standard deviation of the detection method were determined. The results show that each element has good linear relationships, with correlation coefficients≥0.998 0 and detection limits ranging from 0.001 8 μg·L-1 to 2.154 0 μg·L-1,recovery rate between 95.6%and 106.3%,relative standard deviation between 0.55%and 2.50%.This method is simple, fast, sensitive, and accurate, and is suitable for the determination of 20 elements in Duruan balsam pear.
