Determination of Solvent Residues in Sodium Copper Chlorophyllin by Headspace Gas Chromatography
A method was established for the determination of solvent residues in sodium copper chlorophyllin by headspace gas chromatography. The parameters such as equilibrium temperature, split ratio and chromatographic column model were investigated, detected by hydrogen flame ionization detector(FID)and quantified by internal standard method. The results showed that CD-624 capillary column was used for separation, and the equilibrium temperature was 80℃.The six residual solvents could be completely separated, and the linear relationship was good,r was greater than 0.999,and the recovery of spiked standard was 84.50%~98.83%,and the relative standard deviation(n=6)was less than 10%.The method is simple, rapid and accurate, and can be used for the determination of solvent residues in sodium copper chlorophyllin.
