摘要
在当代背景下,公众对食品营养与食品安全越来越关注,而食品营养不良与消费者对食品选择、个人饮食习惯等密切相关.本文详细分析了公众食品营养问题的根本原因,并从教育、政策、技术和社会参与等多方面提出了改善策略,以期提高公众的食品营养意识,改善饮食行为.
Abstract
In the contemporary context,the public is increasingly concerned about food nutrition and food safety,and issues such as food malnutrition and food safety are closely related to consumers'food choices and personal dietary habits.This article provides a detailed analysis of the root causes of public food nutrition issues and proposes improvement strategies from various aspects such as education,policies,technology,and social participation,in order to raise public awareness of food nutrition and improve dietary behavior.
