短道速滑是一项高强度的冰上运动,需要运动员在速度、耐力等方面满足运动需求,因此对运动员的体能和营养提出了极高的要求.本文旨在研究短道速滑运动员的合理膳食,对其饮食进行优化,以提高其运动表现和健康状态.通过探讨不同营养素对短道速滑运动员的影响,并提供实际的膳食建议,为满足短道速滑运动员的能量需求、促进其肌肉恢复和提高体能提供参考.
Abstract
Short track speed skating is a high-intensity ice sport that requires athletes to meet their athletic needs in terms of speed,endurance,and other aspects,thus placing extremely high demands on their physical fitness and nutrition.This article aims to study the reasonable diet of short track speed skaters,optimize their diet,and improve their athletic performance and health status.By exploring the effects of different nutrients on short track speed skaters and providing practical dietary recommendations,this study aims to provide reference for meeting their energy needs,promoting muscle recovery,and improving physical fitness.
