Investigation and Analysis of Nutrition KAP Among Students in Zhaotong Health Vocational College
Objective:To understand the status quo of nutrition KAP among students in Zhaotong Health Vocational College,and to provide theoretical basis for improving students'health literacy and nutrition education.Method:718 students of Zhaotong Health Vocational College were selected as the survey objects,and the status quo of nutrition KAP of students was investigated by questionnaire survey.The data obtained were input into SPSS 25.0 for processing and analysis.Result:Under the conditions of different grades,different majors and different diet expenditure,there were significant differences in the scores of students'nutrition knowledge(p<0.05).There were significant differences in the average scores of nutrition knowledge among students of different grades,different diet expenditure and different father education(p<0.05).There was statistical significance in the scores of nutrition attitude of students from different nationalities and different places of origin(p<0.05).There was no statistical significance in dietary behavior under different demographic characteristics(p>0.05).There was a positive correlation between nutrition knowledge and nutrition attitude(rs=0.067,p<0.05),there was a positive correlation between nutrition knowledge and eating behavior(rs=0.132,p<0.001),and there was a positive correlation between nutrition attitude and eating behavior(rs=0.183,p<0.001).Conclusion:The scores of students'nutrition knowledge and eating behavior were average,while the scores of students'nutrition attitude were good,and there was a positive correlation among students'nutrition knowledge,nutrition attitude and eating behavior.Therefore,it is suggested that schools should strengthen nutrition knowledge education,so as to improve students'nutrition attitude and eating behavior,and enhance students'health literacy.
