Research on Citizens'Cognitive Attitude and Taking Behavior of Selenium-Enriched Foods
With the development of the times,people attach more importance to the nutrition and health of their daily diet.Selenium-enriched foods have the effect of improving immunity,which is well in line with people's growing demand for healthy diet,and has great market development potential.Understanding the cognition and consumption status of urban residents on selenium-enriched food is a key to effectively promoting the development of selenium-enriched food industry.This article analyzes the cognition and consumption status of selenium rich foods among urban residents through methods such as questionnaire design,survey interviews,random sampling,and data analysis.The results show that selenium-enriched foods have good market recognition value and strong consumer demand,and it is necessary to avoid the marketing model of exaggerating the efficacy of products,improve the awareness level of suppliers and consumers on healthy foods,continue to promote selenium science popularization,and improve the standards and industry norms of selenium-enriched foods.
