Study on Rational Dietary Nutrition Supplement for Young Track and Field Athletes
Track and field sports include field events,track events and all-around competitions,covering walking,running,jumping,throwing and other sports.Different sports have different demands on the athlete's body,and in different training stages and training periods,the athlete's nutritional needs will also change.Therefore,by exploring the nutritional needs of adolescent track and field athletes,this paper analyzes the nutritional characteristics of adolescent track and field athletes in different sports events and different stages,and puts forward corresponding reasonable dietary nutrition supplement suggestions,in order to provide scientific reference for the development of adolescent track and field athletes from the perspective of diet.
