苏式糕点作为苏州重要的非遗文化,不仅在当地享有名气,在全国还享有美誉,是众多消费者馈赠亲朋好友的伴手礼.面对来自世界各地的消费者,如何在传承的基础上进行创新发展,设计出能够满足消费者口味、文化、情感等多样化需求的非遗美食伴手礼,是目前苏式糕点面临的重要挑战.基于此,本文在分析"不时不食"与苏式糕点非遗美食内涵的基础上,从口味、造型、包装三方面探索"不时不食"苏州非遗美食伴手礼设计的方法,旨在让苏式糕点成为苏州非遗文化的一张亮丽名片.
Design of Suzhou Intangible Cultural Heritage Food Souvenir with"Refrain from Eating Anything Which is Not in Season"——Taking Suzhou Style Pastries as an Example
As an important intangible cultural heritage in Suzhou,Suzhou style pastry enjoys fame not only in the local area but also in the whole country,and it is a souvenir for many consumers to give to their friends and relatives.In the face of consumers from all over the world,how to innovate and develop on the basis of inheritance,and design intangible cultural heritage food souvenirs that can satisfy the diversified needs of consumers in terms of taste,culture,and emotion,is an important challenge for Suzhou style pastries at present.Based on this,this paper analyzes the connotations of the intangible cultural heritage food with"refrain from eating anything which is not in season"and Suzhou style pastries,and explores the method of designing the intangible cultural heritage food souvenir with"refrain from eating anything which is not in season"from the three aspects of taste,modeling,and packaging,aiming to make Suzhou style pastries become a beautiful business card of Suzhou's intangible cultural heritage.
