Research Progress on Common Bacterial Foodborne Diseases
Bacterial foodborne diseases are very common worldwide and have an impact on public health and personal health.The three common foodborne pathogens are divided into Salmonella,Escherichia coli,and Shigella.This article reviews their morphological characteristics,foodborne pathogenic mechanisms,diagnostic methods for bacterial foodborne diseases,and relevant treatment plans for bacterial foodborne diseases,in order to provide theoretical basis for clinical practice and prevention measures.
