A Study on Consumer Demand and Cognition of Food Quality Information
Food quality has always been one of the focuses of great concern to consumers.With the development of society and technological progress,consumers'demand and cognition for food quality information have become more complex and diverse.The information on food safety,nutritional value,and other aspects is directly related to the health and quality of life of consumers.Therefore,it is important and urgent to have a deep understanding of consumers'needs and awareness of food quality information.The purpose of this study is to explore the basic needs and cognitive level of consumers for food quality information and the factors affecting their needs and cognition.Through in-depth analysis of the factors that consumers pay attention to in food selection and their understanding and trust in quality information,they can better meet the needs of consumers and provide more accurate market orientation for the food industry.
