Challenges and Countermeasures in Chromatographic Separation of Ion Chromatography
As an important separation and analysis technology,ion chromatography has a wide range of applications in the fields of environment,food,and biopharmaceuticals.However,the process of chromatographic separation faces many challenges,such as interference from complex sample matrices,issues with the selectivity and lifespan of chromatographic columns,and difficulties in optimizing the mobile phase.In this paper,the challenges faced by ion chromatography are reviewed,and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward to improve the effect and efficiency of ion chromatography and promote the application and development of ion chromatography in more fields.
