Abstract
The development of information technology has brought new opportunities and challenges to food inspection and management.With the help of modern information technology,the detection results can be obtained more accurately,monitor food safety more effectively,respond to emergencies more quickly,and provide a more solid guarantee for public health.The development of informatization needs the joint efforts of the government,enterprises,scientific research institutions,etc.,to jointly promote the application of information technology in food inspection and management and provide safer and more reliable food products for the public.
