Optimization of Food Inspection and Testing System Under the Background of"1+5+N"Disease Prevention and Control in Hainan Province
In recent years,food quality and safety have faced more opportunities and challenges,and food testing,as an important means of food safety supervision,urgently needs to be innovated.This article is based on the Hainan Provincial Disease Control System to construct a"1+5+N"three-level disease prevention and control system.It optimizes the food inspection and testing system of the disease control system from the aspects of human resources,instrument configuration,discipline integration,key laboratories with regional characteristics,and information management system,providing reference for better promoting the development of the food testing industry in Hainan province's disease control system.
