摘要
食品安全问题一直是社会各界关注的焦点.基于数据驱动的理念,探讨如何构建科学、高效的食品安全监管机制已成为近年来业界的研究热点.本文论述了数据驱动的食品安全监管机制的内涵和意义,分析了国内外数据驱动食品安全监管的实践案例,并在总结经验与不足的基础上,提出了构建数据驱动的食品安全监管机制的路径,包括完善食品安全数据采集机制、建立食品安全大数据平台、运用大数据分析技术识别食品安全风险以及优化食品安全监管流程等.
Abstract
Food safety has always been the focus of attention from all walks of life.Based on the data-driven concept,exploring how to construct a scientific and efficient food safety supervision mechanism has become a research hotspot in the industry in recent years.This paper discusses the connotation and significance of data-driven food safety supervision mechanism,analyzes the practical cases of data-driven food safety supervision at home and abroad,and proposes the path to build a data-driven food safety supervision mechanism on the basis of summarizing experience and shortcomings,including improving the food safety data collection mechanism,establishing a food safety big data platform,using big data analysis technology to identify food safety risks,and optimizing the food safety supervision process.
