Problems and Solutions of Rural Food Safety Supervision
There are still many difficult problems in food safety supervision in some rural areas in China,including the difficulty in controlling the production link,the difficulty in implementing the circulation link,the single consumption channel,the weak strength of supervisors,the insufficient supervision and punishment,the backward detection technology,the low efficiency of testing,the lack of external supervision and management mechanism,and the lack of food safety credit system.In order to solve the above problems,this paper puts forward some suggestions,such as building rural food production parks,improving the rural food supervision mechanism,expanding the rural grassroots supervision team,strengthening the training of grassroots professionals,developing an intelligent service platform for food safety monitoring,improving the efficiency of rural food safety testing,improving the intensity of social food supervision,and establishing a diversified social supervision system.
