摘要
食品质量安全关乎民生福祉,标准化在其治理中扮演着关键角色.本文在分析标准化在食品质量安全管理中的重要性基础上,剖析了标准化在食品质量安全管理中的应用存在问题,并提出了加强食品质量安全管理标准化建设的对策建议.通过标准化手段的创新应用,有望为提升我国食品质量安全治理能力、保障人们"舌尖上的安全"提供参考.
Abstract
Food quality and safety are related to people's well-being,and standardization plays a key role in its governance.On the basis of analyzing the importance of standardization in food quality and safety management,this paper analyzes the existing problems in the application of standardization in food quality and safety management,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the standardization construction of food quality and safety management.Through the innovative application of standardized means,it is expected to provide a reference for improving China's food quality and safety management ability and ensuring people's"safety on the tip of the tongue".
