Investigation on Current Situation of Food Safety in Pre-Packaged Food Industry and Discussion on Improvement Strategies
Through a comprehensive investigation on the current situation of food safety in the pre-packaged food industry,a series of feasible strategies are proposed to enhance the food safety of pre-packaged food in this study.By investigating the potential safety risks in raw materials,production and processing,packaging,storage and transportation safety,as well as production and processing management,potential safety risks and management loopholes in the production and processing of pre-packaged vegetables are revealed.Then,strategies are proposed in four aspects:starting from the very source,emphasizing process management,strengthening safety measures and enhancing production supervision.This study contributes to raising awareness about the safety issues surrounding pre-packaged food in the society,promoting concerted efforts from governmental agencies,businesses and consumers for food safety,and thus jointly safeguarding the health of the population.
