Analysis of Microbial Monitoring Results of Drinking Water in Shizhong District,Zaozhuang City from 2018 to 2022
Objective:To investigate the water quality and sanitation of urban and rural drinking water in Shizhong district,Zaozhuang city from 2018 to 2022,and to put forward reasonable suggestions for ensuring the safety of drinking water for urban and rural residents.Method:The microbial indexes such as total number of colonies, total coliform bacteria and heat-resistant coliform bacteria in drinking water were tested according to GB/T 5750 series standards, and the test results were evaluated according to GB 5749-2006.Result:From 2018 to 2022,a total of 332 drinking water samples were tested in Shizhong district,Zaozhuang city, and 239 samples were qualified, with a pass rate of 72.0%,and the 5 year microbial pass rate was statistically significant(χ2=30.035,p<0.001).The pass rate of dry season was 73.5%and 62.7%in wet season, with a significant difference(χ2=5.392,p=0.020),the pass rate of municipal centralized water supply was 80.8%,and the pass rate of rural small centralized water supply was 62.5%,with a statistically significant difference(χ2=13.787,p<0.001),and the pass rate of factory water was 94%,and the pass rate of peripheral water was 68.1%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=14.144,p<0.001).Conclusion:The microorganisms in the drinking water in Shizhong district are more unqualified, and the relevant government departments also need to strengthen the management of the pipe network, and use physical and chemical methods to effectively remove impurities, harmful substances and microorganisms in the water,so as to improve the quality of residents'drinking water and ensure the safety of people's drinking water.
