Study on the Problems and Countermeasures of Food Safety Supervision at the Grass-Roots Level in Rural Areas
Food safety is an important issue related to people's livelihood,especially in rural areas,where the food safety status directly affects the health and life safety of rural residents.The main problems faced by rural food safety supervision include the lack of implementation of laws and regulations,the lack of grassroots supervision force,the low awareness of food safety of farmers,and the disconnection between market supervision policies and rural reality.Only through multi-faceted efforts can an effective rural food safety guarantee system be formed.This paper analyzes the current situation of rural food safety,discusses the existing problems,and puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions,aiming to provide reference for related work.
