摘要

近年来,食品质量安全已成为公众关注的焦点.随着科技的发展以及社会的进步,人们对食品安全的要求越来越高.食品质量安全控制与检测是确保食品安全的重要手段,不断提升食品质量安全水平,保障消费者的饮食安全已成为时代发展的必然要求.本文探讨食品质量安全控制与检测的重要性,分析存在的问题,并提出解决对策,以期为食品安全领域的研究和实践提供参考.

Abstract

In recent years,food quality and safety have become the focus of public attention.With the development of science and technology and the progress of society,people's requirements for food safety are getting higher and higher.Food quality and safety control and testing is an important means to ensure food safety,and it has become an inevitable requirement of the times to continuously improve the level of food quality and safety and ensure the food safety of consumers.This paper discusses the importance of food quality and safety control and testing,analyzes the existing problems,and proposes solutions,in order to provide reference for research and practice in the field of food safety.
