农产品质量安全基层监管体系建设存在的问题与对策探究

摘要
农产品质量安全离不开生产过程中的层层把控和监督管理,基层监管是农产品质量安全监管中的重要组成部分,基层监管体系的建设和监管能力的提升更是农产品质量安全的前提和保障.本文以北京市平谷区夏各庄镇为例,分析了农产品质量安全基层监管体系建设现状和存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策,以期为基层乡镇农产品质量安全监管体系建设提供一些参考.
Abstract
The quality and safety of agricultural products cannot be separated from the layer by layer control and supervision management in the production process.Grassroots supervision is an important component of agricultural product quality and safety supervision.The construction of grassroots supervision system and the improvement of supervision capacity are the prerequisites and guarantees for agricultural product quality and safety.This article takes Xiagezhuang town,Pinggu district,Beijing as an example to analyze the current situation and existing problems in the construction of grassroots supervision system for agricultural product quality and safety,and proposes corresponding countermeasures,in order to provide some reference for the construction of grassroots township agricultural product quality and safety supervision system.
