Research Progress of Quality Control and Trace Element Testing Methods for Physical and Chemical Inspection of Food
Food is an important material basis to protect the health of the people,and food safety is the basic premise of China's vigorous development,which is related to the long-term development of enterprises,more related to the life safety of consumers.Therefore,strengthening the quality control of food physical and chemical inspection and the innovation of trace element inspection methods has become the focus of common attention of China's food production enterprises and industries and relevant departments.In recent years,with the continuous occurrence of food safety problems,more and more research has been done on the quality control of physical and chemical inspection of food and the inspection methods of trace elements in the industry.Based on this,this paper expounds the connotation of food physicochemical inspection and trace element inspection,the research progress of food physicochemical inspection quality control methods,and the research progress of food trace element inspection methods,aiming to provide inspiration and reflection for the innovation and development of food physicochemical inspection quality control and trace element inspection methods in China.
