Uncertainty Evaluation of Total Arsenic Content in Internal Quality Control Samples of Celery
According to section 4.5.15 of RB/T 214-2017 encourages inspection and testing institutions to report measurement uncertainty when testing critical values, internal quality control,or customer requirements arise.Determine the total arsenic in the internal quality control sample celery using the second method atomic fluorescence spectroscopy according to GB 5009.11-2014,and evaluate the measurement uncertainty. The results showed that the total arsenic content in celery was 0.516 mg·kg-1,with an expanded uncertainty of 0.046 mg·kg-1.The standard deviation provided by the certificate was 0.021 mg·kg-1,which was converted into a Z-ratio score of |Z|=0.33.The test results were satisfactory.
