摘要

建立了检测山药中咪鲜胺及其代谢物 2,4,6-三氯苯酚的气相色谱法.山药使用丙酮和正己烷(1+1)提取,浓缩后加入吡啶盐酸盐在(220±10)℃水解,用石油醚(Ⅰ)提取,浓硫酸净化后上机测定.该方法的线性范围为 0.5~10.0 μg·mL-1,最低检测浓度为0.005 mg·kg-1,在低、中、高3个加标水平下回收率为 82.0%~91.6%,相对标准偏差为 1.5%.该方法具有快捷、安全,可批量检测山药中咪鲜胺药物残留量.

Abstract

A gas chromatographic method for the determination of prochloraz and its metabolite 2,4,6-trichlorophenol in yam was established.Yam was extracted with acetone and n-hexane(1+1)and then hydrolyzed with pyridine hydrochloride at(220±10)℃,extracted with petroleum ether(Ⅰ),purified with concentrated sulfuric acid,and then determined by machine.The linear range of the method was 0.5~10.0 μg·mL-1,the minimum detection concentration was 0.005 mg·kg-1,and the recovery was 82.0%~91.6%at the low,medium and high spiked levels,with the relative standard deviation of 1.5%.The method was rapid,safe and suitable for the determination of prochloraz residues in yam in batches.
