摘要
D-阿洛酮糖作为一种新型代糖,具有低热量、低代谢率、降血糖、抑制脂肪堆积、预防肥胖、保护神经等生理功能.因其具有特别的生理特性、口感纯正、安全性高、可改善产品品质等优势,所以被认为是蔗糖的理想替代物.本文综述了D-阿洛酮糖在食品、医药、日化、生物等领域中应用.
Abstract
D-alodonose,as a new generation sugar,has physiological functions such as low calorie,low metabolic rate,hypoglycemic,fat accumulation inhibition,obesity prevention,and nerve protection.It is considered an ideal substitute for sucrose due to its unique physiological characteristics,pure taste,high safety,and the ability to improve product quality.In this paper,the application of D-alodonose in the fields of food,medicine,daily chemicals,and biology is reviewed.
