Study on the Reasonable Diet of Adolescent Synchronized Rope Skipping Athletes
Synchronized rope skipping refers to a variety of ways to skip one or more ropes,and on the basis of traditional skipping,the integration of music,dance,gymnastics and other popular factors,combined with speed,strength,difficulty of the sport,so the athletes are required to have good strength,speed,endurance,coordination and flexibility and other physical qualities.The development of these qualities is closely related to the supplement of dietary nutrition.This paper combined with the characteristics of the skipping events,the importance of dietary nutrition to improve the physical quality of adolescent synchronized rope skipping athletes and the needs of dietary nutrition for adolescent synchronized rope skipping athletes in training and competitions are summarized by using the method of literature and logical analysis,and scientific and reasonable suggestions are put forward for the diet of adolescent synchronized rope skipping athletes.Thus to ensure that the nutritional needs of athletes are met,in order to improve the athletic ability and sports state of athletes.
