Study on Condition Optimization of Mycelium Culture of Lactarius deliciosus
In order to optimize the cultivation conditions of the mycelium of Lactarius deliciosus, the mycelial growth rate was used as an evaluation index. The optimal carbon source, nitrogen source, and inorganic salt for the mycelial growth medium of Lactarius deliciosus were determined through single factor experiments.By comparing the effects of different nutrient element concentrations on the mycelial growth rate of Lactarius deliciosus, the optimal range for adding each nutrient element was determined.Subsequently, the orthogonal experimental method was used to optimize the combination of various nutrient elements in the mycelial growth medium of Lactarius deliciosus. The results indicate that the optimal carbon source is soluble starch, the optimal nitrogen source is tryptone, and the optimal inorganic salt is calcium chloride. The optimal combination of mycelial growth medium for wild goose fungus is soluble starch concentration of 5 g·L-1,tryptone concentration of 3 g·L-1,and calcium chloride concentration of 1.00 g·L-1 in the medium.
