摘要
食品检验检测是保障食品安全的重要手段,但检测结果的准确性受到诸多因素的影响.本文分析了检测方法、仪器设备、人员技能、环境条件等因素对检测结果准确性的影响,并提出了优化检测方法、加强仪器设备管理、强化人员培训、严格控制环境等一系列应对策略,旨在从多个角度入手,全面提升食品检验检测的准确性和可靠性.
Abstract
Food inspection and testing are important means to ensure food safety,but the accuracy of the testing results is influenced by many factors.This paper analyzes the impact of testing methods,instrumentation,personnel skills,environmental conditions and other factors on the accuracy of testing,and puts forward a series of coping strategies to optimize the testing methods,strengthen the management of instrumentation,strengthen personnel training,strict control of the environment,etc.,aiming to start from multiple perspectives,to comprehensively improve the accuracy and reliability of food inspection and testing results.
