摘要

食用菌多糖是食用菌中主要的有效成分,通常采用水提醇沉法、高温蒸汽提取法、超声波辅助提取法等多种方法来进行提取.本文主要对食用菌多糖的提取方法以及应用研究进展进行全面综述,以期为食用菌多糖的提取以及应用提供参考.

Abstract

Edible fungus polysaccharide is the main active ingredient in edible fungi.It is usually extracted by water extraction and alcohol precipitation method,high temperature steam extraction method,ultrasonic assisted extraction method and other methods.In this paper,the extraction methods and application research progress of edible fungi polysaccharides were reviewed in order to provide reference for the extraction and application of edible fungi polysaccharides.
