Risk Analysis and Problem Discussion of Edible Agricultural Products Based on Supervision and Sampling Data
Food safety supervision and sampling is important measure for food safety supervision,by analyzing supervision and sampling data can provide information support and decision-making suggestions for food regulation.The analysis results of information on unqualified samples in national food safety supervision and sampling from 2020 to 2022 show that the unqualified rate of edible agricultural products is higher than the average unqualified rate,and it is increasing year by year.In response to this phenomenon,this study summarized and analyzed the information on food safety supervision and sampling released by the Shandong Provincial Market Supervision Bureau in 2023.This study analyzed the sampling situation and unqualified data of edible agricultural products,explored the causes of unqualified products,and proposed countermeasures to help improve the quality of edible agricultural products.
