摘要
为响应国家食品安全及追溯政策,提升食品安全保障水平,餐饮行业需要建立一套完整的食品安全追溯体系.本文以餐饮环节食品安全追溯体系构建作为研究切入点,分析餐饮环节食品安全追溯体系构建的重要性及现状,提出从明确体系法律地位和基本框架、开发追溯技术平台实现信息无缝对接、逐步总结推广试点成功经验等方面入手,构建完善的餐饮环节食品安全追溯体系,并评估其实施效果.
Abstract
In order to respond to the national food safety and traceability policy and improve the level of food safety,the catering industry needs to establish a complete food safety traceability system.This paper takes the construction of food safety traceability system in the catering sector as the research entry point,and analyzes the importance and status quo of the construction of food safety traceability system in the catering sector.It is proposed to construct a perfect food safety traceability system in the catering sector from the aspects of clarifying the legal status and basic framework of the system,developing traceability technology platform to achieve seamless information docking,and gradually summarizing and promoting successful pilot experiences,and evaluate its implementation effect.
