Analysis of Food Safety Risk Monitoring Results in Longyou County from 2019 to 2023
Objective:To understand the pollution levels and trends of chemicals,harmful factors,microorganisms,and pathogenic factors in the food sold in Longyou county,and to timely identify potential safety hazards in the food sold in the county,providing a basis for food safety management.Method:From 2019 to 2023,food samples were collected from different food circulation links in Longyou county for testing,and the results were statistically analyzed.Result:From 2019 to 2023,a total of 1 977 food samples,6 931 items,and 1 875 qualified samples were tested,with a pass rate of 94.84%and a pass rate of 98.51%.The qualified rate of chemical pollutants is 96.27%,and the qualified rate of microorganisms and their pathogenic factors is 91.82%.Conclusion:The overall situation of food pollution in the sampling places in Longyou county is good.
