Current Situation and Countermeasures of Food Safety Management and Supervision
With the development of society and the improvement of living standards,people's demands for food quality are becoming increasingly high.However,in the actual production process,due to various reasons,food quality problems frequently occur,which brings great difficulties to consumers.Therefore,how to strengthen food safety management has become one of the urgent problems to be solved.At present,China's food safety management system is relatively complete,but there are some shortcomings.This article introduces the current situation of China's food safety management system,analyzes the problems in food safety management,and proposes countermeasures to strengthen food safety management for reference.
