Research on the Important Role of Food Inspection in Food Safety Assurance
Food inspection is a qualitative and quantitative analysis to assess the quality of food,to ensure the effective means of food safety.Under the background of increasing public awareness of food safety,the government and relevant functional management departments should attach great importance to food testing and explore its important role in food safety assurance.This paper expounds the main contents of food inspection,and summarizes its important role in food safety guarantee.On this basis,it discusses the shortcomings of food inspection at the present stage,and puts forward a series of effective measures to strengthen the role of food inspection safety guarantee,aiming to provide reference for the government and relevant functional management departments to formulate relevant standards and regulations.
