摘要
蔬菜食品安全风险管理是一个世界性难题.本文提出了蔬菜食品安全溯源监管体系建设的研究思路,通过对现有问题进行分析,提出了相应的应对措施,以期对相关研究人员和部门提供的参考和借鉴.
Abstract
Preventing vegetable food safety risks is a worldwide problem.This paper puts forward the research ideas of the construction of vegetable food safety traceability supervision system.Through the analysis of the existing problems,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward in order to provide reference for the relevant researchers and departments.
