农药残留是食品质量安全检测中的重要环节项目,明确不同食品中的农药残留种类和含量有助于提升食品的安全性和可靠性,确保大众身体健康.本文介绍了当前常用的农药残留检测技术和质量控制措施,旨在提升农药残留检测水平,降低各类因素对检测结果的负面影响,为大众的饮食提供保障.

Abstract

Pesticide residues are an important part of food quality and safety testing.Clarifying the types and contents of pesticide residues in different foods can help improve the safety and reliability of food,ensuring public health.This article introduces the commonly used pesticide residue detection techniques and quality control measures,aiming to improve the level of pesticide residue detection,reduce the negative impact of various factors on detection results,and provide guarantees for the public's diet.
