Determination of Pesticide Residues in Cowpea by Colloidal Gold Immunochromatography and Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry
The colloidal gold immunochromatographic assay card for the determination of pesticide residues has the advantages of strong pertinence,simple operation and semi-quantitative capability,abamectin,thiamethoxam,clothianidin,methomyl,carbofuran,acetamiprid and fipronil in cowpea were detected by colloidal gold immunochromatography and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry,the accuracy and sensitivity of gold immunochromatographic test paper were confirmed.The results showed that the colloidal gold immunochromatographic assay was consistent with liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry in quantitative detection of cowpea,and the accuracy and sensitivity were good.
