Identification of Animal Derived Components in Commercial Barbecue Lamb Products Based on Fluorescence PCR Method
The adulteration of meat products often occurs in food safety issues, and barbecued lamb products are prone to be adulterated. In this paper,54 randomly selected commercially available barbecued lamb products in the urban area of C city were analyzed qualitatively for the components of sheep origin, pig origin, chicken origin, and duck origin by real-time fluorescence PCR.The results showed that there is a phenomenon of using duck meat and pork to pose as lamb in the barbecued lamb products sold in the urban area of C city. From the perspective of the source of the samples, the barbecued lamb products sold in the restaurants are more reliable, followed by the food stalls, and the barbecued lamb products sold in the roadside stalls need to be paid attention to.It is suggested that the regulatory authorities increase the supervision of the barbecued lamb products sold in the roadside stalls, and strengthen the supervision of the production and sales process. It is hoped that through this investigation and research,a regulatory basis can be provided for the market regulatory authorities, and the healthy development of the market can be promoted, and the legitimate rights and interests of consumers can be protected.
